PROPERTY MANAGERS:? MUST AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER, SALARY DOE
Must have consistent job history, good communication skills, be organized, and self-motivated. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional Community Manager.? Knowledge of Yardi software is a plus.? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.? Must dress professionally.

ASSISTANT MANAGERS:? MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER OR LEASING CONSULTANT ?$13-18.00/Hr DOE
If you have experience as a leasing agent and would like the opportunity for a step-up, you might also be right for this position. You must be organized, comfortable with some accounting/paperwork, and able to provide back up to the manager.? If you do not have experience in property management and/or leasing, this is not the job for you.
LEASING:? $10- 15.00/Hr DOE
