Sometimes it?s not so easy for adults to sit still and even more difficult to expect your infant or toddler to rise to the occasion without some preparation.

The following tips will help you and your children enjoy your holiday while creating wonderful memories that will make your heart smile!

• ?Passover Seders commence after sundown, so make sure your little one has had a nap before you arrive. Staying up later than usual with a tired baby or toddler? just doesn?t work .?

• If your toddler doesn?t nap anymore, let him rest in his bed with some quiet books and music.

• Give your children something to eat before the celebration as it sometimes takes a couple of hours to get to the main course.

• Bring along your baby?s a bouncy seat, stroller or exersaucer so your hands will be free to enjoy your meal.?

Express Scripts may close Medco deal next week

NEW YORK (AP) ? Shares of Express Scripts Inc. and Medco Health Solutions Inc. jumped Wednesday after the pharmacy benefits managers said their $29.1 billion combination could close as soon as next week.

Express Scripts, which announced its plan to buy Medco last July, had said recently it expected the deal to close early in the second quarter. Shareholders from both companies have already approved the acquisition, but the Federal Trade Commission is still reviewing it.

Express Scripts spokesman Brian Henry declined to comment Wednesday on whether his company's announcement means regulatory approval of the deal is likely. He said discussions with the FTC are private.

Pharmacy benefits managers, or PBMs, run prescription drug plans for employers, government agencies and other clients, using their large purchasing power to negotiate lower drug prices. They make money by reducing costs for health plan sponsors and members.

In July, Express Scripts of St. Louis announced its plan to offer $28.80 in cash and a portion of an Express Scripts share valued at $42.56 for each share of Medco, based in Franklin Lakes, N.J. Shareholders for both companies have approved the deal, and Express Scripts and Medco have touted the savings and efficiency that the combination would create.

The FTC has been reviewing the transaction for several months and has asked the companies for more information. The potential deal has stirred concern about competition.

The combined company would become the largest U.S. PBM by far. It would handle the prescriptions of about 135 million people, or more than one in three Americans.

Shares of Express Scripts climbed about 2.8 percent, or $1.50, to $54.71 in morning trading, while Medco jumped 4.2 percent, or $2.92, to $71.91.

Meanwhile, the Standard & Poor's 500 index fell slightly.

A slew of successful, high margin products have left Apple sitting on an almost unimaginable amount of money -- $97 billion as of its last earnings report -- and led to the natural question of just what to do with it. According to a press release just issued, we'll all find out about "the outcome of the Company's discussions" tomorrow on a conference call with CEO Tim Cook and CFO Peter Oppenheimer at 9AM ET. Last week I placed a call to a Maine-based national company. After listening to the automated operator?s instructions, I began my journey. I started by speaking my ?commands,? but quickly learned that the computer couldn?t correctly understand my Maine accent.

Hoping to purchase a new service from this company, I next tried using the number pad on my phone.

When I was halfway through the lengthy sequence of instructions, I pressed a wrong number. That earned me the privilege of starting over. All of this effort because I wanted to purchase something. ?Shouldn?t businesses be making it easier for us to purchase their products?? I thought to myself.

Still in the endless circle of computerized menus, I finally was given the option to press ?4? to reach an operator. Success! A live person! The first item on his agenda? Asking for my Social Security number. Something I already had provided the computer prompts at the start of the sequence. Twice.

Now I?ve already invested 18 minutes in this phone call, but I?m about to be able to select the product, make my purchase and begin the service.

Or so I thought.

Apparently installation requires someone to be at home for a full day, which means I now need to invest more of my time into this process.

This business was missing the mark on the importance ? and value ? of customer service.

Man says Lohan grazed knee with her Porsche

LOS ANGELES (AP) ? Lindsay Lohan's black Porsche was surrounded by paparazzi when her sports car grazed the knee of a man outside a Hollywood club early Wednesday, police said.

Lohan drove off and a police report wasn't taken because the Hookah Lounge employee wasn't hurt, Los Angeles police Sgt. Mark Ro said.

The 25-year-old "Mean Girls" star was trying to make a U-turn outside the Wilcox Avenue club at about 12:30 a.m.

"Space was tight," the sergeant said, adding that Lohan may have nudged the lounge employee's parked car, believed to be a Corvette.

"He came out and said, 'Don't hit my car,'" Ro said. "She was making a multipoint U-turn and photographers were in her way."

The lounge employee, whose name hasn't been released, told officers that Lohan's Porsche grazed his knee. There was no injury and the man's car wasn't damaged.

Lohan drove away.

"We did not take a report for hit-and-run," the sergeant said. "We didn't go looking for her."

A voicemail message left for Lohan attorney Shawn Chapman Holley wasn't immediately returned.

TMZ.com, which first reported the incident, said Lohan may have been the one who called police to protect herself from paparazzi.

The sergeant said he doesn't know who notified police.

Lohan has a history of bad luck with cars.

A woman claimed in a January lawsuit that she was struck by Lohan's Maserati while walking across a West Hollywood intersection in September 2010.

Nubia Del Carmen Preza's lawsuit said she has suffered "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish."

Photographer Grigor Balyan also sued Lohan in January, claiming he was struck by a vehicle in which Lohan was riding in January 2010.

During a court hearing last month, a judge praised Lohan on her progress in a long-running drunken driving case.

The former Disney star has been under strict probation guidelines imposed by Sautner last year, including therapy sessions and weekly stints working at the morgue.
